- Prepare compelling proposals and marketing materials for customs technology
- Coordinate cross-border engagements with international firms
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles and risk assessments
- Handle project billing, planning, and tracking
- Troubleshoot client inquiries via the SAP GTS helpdesk
