Tasks

  • Ensure timely launches of commercial products to new markets
  • Participate in cross-functional supply chain projects
  • Focus on process improvement
  • Execute activities for all Ex-US new product launches
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, Global Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Market partners
  • Lead launches within scope
  • Develop detailed launch readiness and execution plans
  • Create contingency plans as needed
  • Prepare launch scenarios
  • Review launch readiness and execution plans against targets
  • Focus on short-term critical activities and milestones
  • Anticipate and address potential issues
  • Keep team members informed
  • Escalate major issues
  • Lead global launch plan execution
  • Facilitate forum discussions
  • Implement contingency actions
  • Prepare project significant events
  • Identify and propose solutions for business needs
  • Contribute to global Manufacturing Launch Team
  • Participate in new product launch plans
  • Develop SKU strategies
  • Address product and labeling requirements
  • Track launches
  • Issue relevant KPIs
  • Identify best practices for launches
  • Support continuous improvement process
  • Maintain documentation
