Requirements

  • Training as mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrician, or similar
  • Maintenance of industrial machines and equipment
  • Familiarity with CNC (milling/turning), presses, robots/cobots, or HVAC systems
  • Clean, organized, and proper documentation of work
  • Root cause analysis and sustainable issue resolution
  • Willingness to step in where needed
  • Comfortable working with internal teams and external service providers

Tasks

  • Maintain critical systems and machines
  • Ensure operational readiness of machines
  • Identify weak points in machines
  • Prevent machine failures
  • Assist in selecting new machines
  • Install new machines
  • Ramp up new machines
  • Document maintenance activities
  • Document machine changes
  • Document maintenance actions
  • Analyze faults systematically
  • Resolve faults on the shopfloor
  • Collaborate with production
  • Collaborate with engineering
  • Collaborate with external partners
  • Bring order to the machine park
  • Establish standards for the machine park
  • Ensure reliability of the machine park

Work Experience

  • 1 - 2 years

Education

  • Vocational certification

Languages

  • German – Native
  • English – Business Fluent
