Requirements
- Strong industrial maintenance experience, automated production equipment, electrical, mechanical, automation systems
- Solid knowledge of automation technologies (PLC programming, robotics, sensors, industrial communication networks, automated production systems)
- Experience with maintenance concepts, troubleshooting, CMMS systems, machine diagnostics, reliability improvement methodologies (OEE optimization, lean manufacturing)
- Understanding of production engineering principles or willingness to learn production engineering topics
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, comparable technical field, or equivalent hands-on industrial experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, root cause identification, sustainable technical improvements
- Ease communicating in German

- Lead processes for efficient, reliable production equipment
- Safeguard performance of automated production lines and facilities
- Maintain state-of-the-art automated battery pack plant
- Ensure high availability and operational excellence
- Collaborate with production engineering for team redundancy
- Advance highly automated manufacturing processes
- Lead Traction Operations maintenance group
- Coordinate maintenance activities and support group performance
- Define and implement maintenance strategies and plans
- Improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment
- Develop and maintain CMMS tools
- Ensure accurate technical documentation of production systems
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production lines
- Propose and implement continuous improvement projects
- Optimize production processes and reduce maintenance needs
- Enhance operational efficiency with production development engineers
- Join an ambitious, high-performing production development team
- Foster collaboration and technical excellence
