- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Insight into quality and safety standards (AS9100, OSHA or similar)
- Experience with tooling for composite, metallic, non-metallic materials

- Space or Aerospace experience
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge/experience
- Experience with SAP or other ERP
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with MES
- Experience with CAD
- Experience with other relevant complex software
- Industrie 4.0/5.0 knowledge
Tasks
- Lead Total Productive Maintenance for Swiss operations
- Establish robust TPM program for Emmen facilities
- Revise current processes and standard operating procedures
- Plan and execute maintenance activities within scope, time, and budget
- Ensure plant equipment is in safe operating condition
- Perform planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance
- Create and maintain a safe and compliant working environment
- Adhere to internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain equipment in optimal production condition
- Manage external resources economically and effectively
- Review production effectiveness continuously
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with Operations team to develop prevention actions
- Drive long-term sustainment action plans
- Oversee plant and equipment reliability
- Optimize industrial operations to reduce costs
- Manage critical equipment spare parts inventory
- Organize spare parts budget using lean manufacturing principles
- Establish optimal part quantities and re-order points
- Develop and improve maintenance planning system
- Reduce unplanned downtime and cost
- Increase machine productivity and throughput
- Lead according to BG Space’s Values and Code of Conduct
- Drive people, knowledge, and leadership development
- Establish comprehensive TPM program roadmap
- Set short-, mid-, and long-term goals
- Strategically align BPM TPM Process within BGL
- Maintain BGLC Emmen TPM Budget year on year
