- Support Corporate Advisory team on M&A and corporate finance mandates
- Conduct company and market research
- Prepare proposals and pitches
- Create transaction documents
- Assist in financial modeling
- Develop valuation materials
- Contribute to industry research
- Prepare meeting materials
- Follow up on internal workstreams
- Ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Liaise with internal partners and departments
- Support client and prospect information needs
