- •University degree in finance, economics, or science
- •Over eight years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/M&A Advisory, Corporate M&A, Consulting, or financial advisory
- •Exposure to life science industry and US M&A environment
- •Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- •Excellent communication, presentation skills, analytical and quantitative abilities, business mindset, and interest in Healthcare sector
- •English working language proficiency; additional languages advantageous

- •Engage with Legal M&A and other corporate functions
- •Train and mentor junior M&A colleagues
- •Demonstrate stakeholder management and strategic planning
