- Drive M365 adoption across various services
- Develop adoption campaigns and training programs
- Build and maintain M365 site templates
- Leverage Microsoft Graph API for integration
- Automate administrative tasks with PowerShell
- Produce clear governance documentation
- Lead migrations from legacy systems to M365
- Ensure data integrity and security during migrations
- Translate operational needs into platform solutions
- Guide Teams governance and OneDrive policies
- Manage Microsoft 365 Groups lifecycle
