In this role, you will manage the entire logistics process, overseeing transport services and optimizing warehouse operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading a diverse team, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving logistics efficiency.

Requirements

• •Degree in economics, ideally with a focus on logistics or a similar qualification
• •Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role with leadership experience, ideally in the automotive/JIS environment
• •Solid knowledge of lean methods and modern supply chain management
• •High process competence in logistics
• •Strong analytical skills, high initiative, independence, and strategic thinking
• •Hands-on mentality with teamwork skills and adeptness in dealing with customers, suppliers, and employees
• •Good English skills in spoken and written form
• •Good SAP and MS Office skills

• •Oversee the entire logistics process chain

• •Evaluate warehouse operations

• •Continuously optimize and improve processes

• •Lead and manage a large logistics team with various interfaces
• •Ensure compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
• •Optimize the use of warehouse space, facilities, and materials
