Tasks

  • •Ensure smooth logistics processes in SAP/EWM and MES
  • •Manage user roles and system access per SOPs
  • •Provide first- and second-level system support
  • •Analyze, document, and escalate technical issues
  • •Deliver end-user training and coaching for GMP compliance
  • •Maintain material, equipment, and inventory master data
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot SAP–MES interfaces
  • •Process Change Requests and CAPAs in TrackWise
  • •Develop Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring
  • •Coordinate GMP-relevant hardware like printers and RF devices
