In this role, you will oversee logistics operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency from goods receipt to shipping. You will lead a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to enhance operational excellence.

Requirements

• •European Logistics Degree
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• •LBMS Green Belt certification
• •Strong project and program management skills
• •Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools
• •Ability to thrive in a matrix organization
• •Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken

Tasks

• •Manage daily logistics operations at the BioLOG logistics center
• •Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements
• •Oversee the handling of logistics processes from goods receipt to shipping
• •Act as the central interface between operational teams and management
• •Lead and develop the team through training and coaching
• •Manage resource planning and employee development
• •Coordinate logistical tasks between customers and internal stakeholders
• •Oversee accurate receipt, booking, sampling, and storage of goods
• •Ensure timely material supply to production and manage material flows
• •Maintain stock control and manage SAP EWM transactional data
• •Facilitate smooth material and information flow between warehouses and production
• •Guarantee on-time, GDP-compliant customer order shipments
• •Collaborate with customer service and supply chain teams
• •Manage freight forwarding activities for the Visp plant
• •Drive process optimization through Kaizen meetings
