Line Station Operations Coordinator(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive operational excellence at the ZRH Line Station by managing resource planning and safety systems while coordinating diverse maintenance tasks to ensure top-tier service.

Requirements

• •3+ years experience in Part-145 Line Maintenance or comparable aviation environment
• •Experience in shift planning, capacity planning, and time management
• •Strong coordination and communication skills
• •Structured, solution-oriented mindset
• •Good command of verbal and written English (B2–C1)
• •Swiss passport, EU passport, or valid Swiss work permit

Tasks

• •Plan resources and staff skills
• •Ensure robust time management and control
• •Implement the Safety Management System
• •Improve safety processes continuously
• •Coordinate non-line maintenance task distribution
• •Collaborate with the Projects Coordinator
• •Participate in audits and investigations
• •Perform administrative and coordination tasks
