- Valid B1 or B1/B2 EASA Part-66 License
- Type rated A320 + B737 OR B757 + B767
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Positive attitude and solutions orientation
- High degree of customer focus, good communication, and team orientation
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures
- EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit

Tasks
- Promote a positive safety culture
- Communicate and implement safety and quality policies
- Perform line maintenance work packages
- Issue certificates of release to service
- Conduct daily and weekly checks
- Replace engines and APU
- Rectify defects
- Replace components
- Handle AOG recovery and troubleshooting
- Perform A-checks and P-checks
- Conduct out-of-phase checks
- Assess and repair structural damage
- Ensure aircraft airworthiness
- Work independently within a team
- Assist the shift leader or supervisor
- Maintain clear communication and reporting
