Requirements

  • Demonstrated years of relevant experience in operational risk, finance, or regulatory
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of MaRisk and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines
  • Familiarity with regulatory landscape for global banks
  • Experience in banking, consulting, or regulatory institutions
  • Ability to identify complex business issues

Tasks

  • Establish and maintain a governance framework for outsourcing management
  • Interact with senior management and external stakeholders on outsourcing topics
  • Coordinate between Risk and the outsourcing governance team for agreements
  • Ensure compliance with MaRisk AT 9 and EBA outsourcing guidelines
  • Support strategic processes like Risk Strategy and Risk Appetite Statement
  • Collaborate on control assessments and regulatory analysis
  • Assist with CGME Risk regulatory matters and strategic projects
