- Communicate Harvey’s value through group sessions and workshops
- Build trusted relationships with legal teams
- Design and lead onboarding sessions and training workshops
- Identify expansion opportunities and support renewal efforts
- Surface obstacles to adoption and implement strategies
- Translate legal needs into actionable product feedback
- Monitor usage trends and identify at-risk accounts
- Re-engage users and showcase new capabilities
- Contribute to customer-facing content
- Support Harvey’s brand as a leading AI platform
