Tasks
- Strengthen commercial legal capacity
- Support the company’s growth strategy
- Act as a pragmatic legal partner
- Own end-to-end legal support for initiatives
- Build repeatable legal playbooks
- Build legal templates and guardrails
- Collaborate with Legal leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Regulatory function
- Ensure disciplined use of intake processes
- Ensure disciplined use of CLM workflows
- Provide pragmatic legal advice to teams
- Advise on new initiatives and partnerships
- Advise on monetization models
- Offer clear 'yes-if' guidance
- Develop risk mitigation strategies
- Draft strategic commercial agreements
- Negotiate strategic commercial agreements
- Define negotiation strategies
- Define fallback positions
- Align key stakeholders early
- Support market expansion initiatives
- Coordinate external counsel as required
- Translate legal advice into internal standards
- Translate regulatory insights into playbooks
- Own growth and partnering workstreams end-to-end
- Structure complex legal issues
- Drive cross-functional decision-making
- Document outcomes clearly
- Apply disciplined intake practices
- Apply disciplined prioritization practices
- Apply disciplined routing practices
- Ensure contracts follow CLM workflows
- Identify opportunities to streamline legal support
