- Training or qualifications in education and additional learning needs
- Further training or experience in literacy difficulties, numeracy difficulties, attention challenges, and autistic spectrum conditions
- Patient, supportive, and encouraging attitude

Tasks
- Support the student's inclusion and participation in the classroom

- Encourage the student's independence and provide targeted learning support
- Maintain regular progress notes and contribute to ISP/IEP reviews
- Communicate professionally with families
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies
