You conduct inspections and manage repairs for engine assemblies, ensuring quality and safety through continuous improvement and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• •Completed vocational training in metal
• •3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• •Authorized to certify engines under EASA
• •Willingness to work in two shifts
• •Ability to work independently and precisely
• •Open-minded team player with communication skills
• •High safety and quality awareness
• •Knowledgeable in MS Office and SAP
• •Knowledge of English (level B1)

Tasks

• •Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies.
• •Create repair orders for assemblies and parts.
• •Request and execute engine modifications.
• •Control modifications and configurations on parts.
• •Complete assigned work on time and ensure quality.
• •Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• •Drive continuous process improvements for quality and safety.
• •Handle operating equipment with environmental consciousness.
• •Measure control of assemblies in mounted condition.
• •Execute tasks timely and self-check performed orders.
• •Document activities according to regulations.
• •Conduct internal audits and implement defined actions.
