Requirements

  • Experience implementing learning materials for competence development
  • Experience in knowledge creation, capture, sharing, and utilization

  • Ability to facilitate trainings and workshops inspiringly and focused
  • Understanding of implementing plans according to budgets and timelines
  • Proactive personality

  • Understanding of identifying and developing potential successors
  • Availability to travel within Switzerland
  • Fluent English

Tasks

  • Drive learning and talent development initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues and P&C functions
  • Implement global tools and learning offers
  • Execute Swiss training calendar for leadership and competence
  • Deliver learning content as facilitator or secure facilitators
  • Network with stakeholders to identify learning needs
  • Support stakeholders with specific learning requirements
  • Follow up on deliverables and learning outcomes
  • Implement and localize global succession strategies
  • Strengthen talent pipeline and address future needs
  • Analyze national succession data
  • Develop competencies for effective talent identification
