- Deliver learning content as facilitator or secure facilitators
- Network with stakeholders to identify learning needs
- Support stakeholders with specific learning requirements
- Follow up on deliverables and learning outcomes
- Implement and localize global succession strategies
- Strengthen talent pipeline and address future needs
- Analyze national succession data
- Develop competencies for effective talent identification
