Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance
- Minimum 5+ years in data analysis or business intelligence, ideally in financial or controlling environment
- Advanced SQL and analytics engineering skills, writing complex queries
- Experience with dbt for data transformation
- Experience with LookML for modeling
- Strong experience with modern Business Intelligence tools
- Familiarity with Looker Studio
- Strong understanding of financial concepts (P&L, variance analysis, forecasting)
- Productivity in ambiguous situations
- Effective relationship building with diverse individuals and functions

Tasks
- Take ownership of end-to-end data analysis projects
- Perform advanced SQL work and data transformation
- Develop and maintain scalable data models
- Support P&L, financial metrics, and operational efficiency
- Design and develop impactful dashboards in Looker and Looker Studio
- Build and maintain robust semantic models
- Conduct KPI analysis in legacy business platforms
- Adhere to accounting standards
- Translate stakeholder requirements into data-driven solutions
- Identify root causes of system integration failures
- Assist with Master Data maintenance
- Develop data quality controls
- Manage documentation in a data catalog
- Discover and test new tools and features
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish new procedures
- Automate data workflows
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validations
- Champion the Finance domain
- Bridge Business Controllers and Data Engineering team
- Activate tech resources for governed, automated frameworks
- Enable controllers to move faster and smarter
