Requirements
- 5+ years data science experience
- Deep understanding of data pipelines
- Experience with data lineage and transformation
- Experience with high volume heterogeneous data
- Strong Python and SQL programming skills
- Experience bringing models to production
- Track record of productionizing ML models
- Ability to master new datasets quickly
- Teamwork skills and dealing with ambiguity
- Attention to detail in complex environments
- Dedication to change and positive attitude
- Proactive approach to learning and solutions
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Eagerness to leverage latest ML technologies
Tasks
- Design and implement machine learning use cases
- Lead data science projects and cross-functional teams
- Provide technical guidance and establish team best practices
- Perform exploratory analysis on complex datasets
- Generate high-quality data and relevant hypotheses
- Lead generative AI implementations from concept to monitoring
- Develop scalable and ethical AI solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives
- Design formal performance evaluation systems
- Write, review, and debug complex project code
- Develop in-house models for classification and predictions
- Manage recommendation and fraud detection systems
- Report directly to the Head of Data Engineering & Science
