  • Supervise and guide team members
  • Spearhead end-to-end commercialization process
  • Leverage expertise in manufacturing processes, fit, and material properties
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for tooling and molding issues
  • Troubleshoot significant and unique manufacturing issues
  • Act as liaison between development and production teams
  • Work closely with strategic vendors to maintain product intent
  • Ensure products meet commercial and operational requirements
  • Engineer products for efficient manufacturability and high quality
  • Manage expectations and negotiate with internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with computational designers on upper patterns and tooling
  • Enhance fit and durability through tooling adjustments
  • Conduct full size run grading
  • Create technical manufacturing operation manuals
  • Oversee initial production trials
  • Update ERP system

  • Document complex tooling and upper-related issues
