- Oversee key contracts and manage external partners
- Ensure compliance with Italian regulatory frameworks
- Monitor market developments and regulatory changes
- Lead and support the Asset Management team
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement
- Drive EBITDA growth and long-term asset value
- Optimize performance and control costs
- Protect cash flow stability
- Ensure compliance with financing structures and shareholder expectations
- Increase asset availability and technical performance
- Proactively manage operational, regulatory, and market risks
