- Develop prompting workflows
- Train and evaluate models
- Lead an applied research team through the product development life cycle
- Ensure accountability for all research deliverables
- Provide input on long-term AI strategy
- Drive stakeholder engagement with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer problems and data
- Maintain scientific and technical expertise in relevant areas
- Identify and leverage state-of-the-art technology for product value
- Mentor and coach scientists and engineers on best practices
