Requirements

  • Multiple years extensive experience in Python programming
  • Multiple years extensive experience in distributed computing frameworks
  • Strong experience with data modeling
  • Strong experience with ETL processes
  • Strong experience with cloud infrastructure
  • Enterprise-grade expert background with ML/AI algorithms
  • Enterprise-grade expert background with statistical models
  • Enterprise-grade expert background with ML/AI architectures
  • Advanced coding skills in Python (preferred) or Java
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles
  • Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
  • Experience with microservice architectures
  • Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker)
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools (Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, MLFlow)
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments
  • Experience implementing MLOps pipelines in cloud environments
  • Hands-on experience with data ETL
  • Hands-on experience with APIs
  • Hands-on experience with model deployment workflows
  • Knowledge of distributed systems
  • Knowledge of data platforms for big data
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of SAFe methodologies
  • Understanding of collaborative engineering practices
  • Fluent English
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Desirable good German language skills
  • Experience with multi-agent or generative AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI)
  • Familiarity with SAP AI Core
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP
  • Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English

Tasks

  • Develop Agentic AI/ML solutions collaboratively.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions.
  • Lead development, maintenance, and optimization of Agentic AI solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions end-to-end.
  • Execute enterprise-grade LLMOps and MLOps for AI models.
  • Drive architectural decisions for enterprise AI solutions.
  • Ensure reliability, observability, and compliance of AI solutions.
  • Guide and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Stay updated on state-of-the-art AI/ML technologies.
  • Act as a thought leader in AI and engineering.
