- •Proficiency in German and English
- •Skills in information technologies, especially data mining and machine learning

Tasks
- •Develop structural adhesives for battery assembly
- •Conduct efficient material developments using solid chemical knowledge
- •Utilize scientific methods and hypothesis-driven design in experiments
- •Support cross-functional teams, especially in production
- •Independently create adhesive formulations with various technologies
- •Perform hands-on laboratory work and prepare adhesive formulations
- •Characterize chemical and physical properties of formulations
- •Test formulations against customer specifications
- •Lead projects and collaborate with stakeholders across functions
- •Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- •Ensure audit-compliant project documentation per DuPont standards
- •Protect intellectual property throughout project development
- •Understand and implement DuPont's business strategy
- •Assist in preparing project stage-gate meetings
- •Execute all work in compliance with EH&S standards
- •Contribute proactively to improve occupational safety
