Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline, or equivalent practical laboratory experience
  • 3 years of laboratory experience in analytical or process-development environment
  • Foundational experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, CE, SDS-PAGE, UV/Vis spectroscopy, or comparable platforms
  • Awareness of analytical method execution principles, data-integrity expectations, and regulated laboratory practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to generate reliable, high-quality analytical data
  • Ability to learn new analytical techniques and laboratory workflows quickly under moderate supervision
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement and laboratory excellence
