Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in similar position, Pharmaceutical company
- Strong IT background, preferably Laboratory IT support experience
- Good understanding and motivation for regulated environments (GxP)
- Knowledge of different analytical software (user/power user skills)
- Basic knowledge of Qualification V-Model (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Interest in Technical Writing and Software topics
- Ability and willingness to work in paper-based environment
- Flexibility and teamwork orientation
- Collaborative and creative problem-solving, effective communication
- Experience in multinational teams, cultural sensitivity, adaptability
- Fluent English and German, French knowledge is a plus
- Declaration of Criminal record extract (not older than three months)
Tasks
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (remote and onsite)
- Support Windows operating systems
- Manage hardware including printers, scanners, and handheld devices
- Support computer qualification according to strategy
- Perform user administration
- Support the deployment of new tools
- Report periodically
- Perform system reviews for GMP systems
- Perform system backups
- Liaise with software providers
- Provide Lab IT support
- Prepare installation documentation
- Implement IT hardware solutions
- Implement infrastructure-related solutions
- Troubleshoot analytical software applications
- Investigate analytical software applications
- Troubleshoot lab PC systems
- Investigate lab PC systems
