Requirements
- More than 3 years relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience in laboratory equipment use, maintenance, calibration
- Knowledge of test execution of industrial measurement technologies and documentation
- Familiarity with QMS documentation and compliance standards
- Strong organizational skills for lab inventory, infrastructure, calibration, logistics
- Self-motivated team player, ability to work independently
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Measurement technician, physics laboratory assistant, polymechanic, or degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, health sciences and technology, or related field
- 10 or more years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Experience with model development, test method validation, statistical analysis
- Prior involvement in audits
- Ability to analyze technical problems and develop detailed solutions
- Ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders
- Open-minded, proactive, persistent, results-oriented, execution-oriented, able to work under pressure
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Able to travel internationally (up to 5-10%)
Tasks
- Set up and maintain testing and materials laboratory
- Support operational readiness of lab equipment and infrastructure
- Ensure materials availability for testing activities
- Participate in test model development
- Validate test methods for accuracy and compliance
- Execute design characterization and verification tests
- Engage with global testing network
- Contribute to centers of excellence in drug delivery systems
- Calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments
- Prepare QMS documents, reports, and records
- Document test activities and data analysis
- Develop test models for pipeline projects
- Manage lab inventory and consumables
- Handle lab infrastructure and logistics
- Implement and improve lab systems and SOPs
- Manage asset and safety protocols
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders
