- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environment (advantageous)

- Knowledge of IT service management (incidents, requests, changes)
- Good communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple global IT teams

Tasks
- Provide support for business applications, office tools, and workstation hardware/software
- Coordinate with Global IT Service Desk and external providers
- Resolve technical issues and service requests
- Monitor and follow up on incidents
- Monitor service requests and change management activities
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests
- Deploy, set up, and configure fixed and mobile hardware
- Manage user access rights and permissions
- Monitor backup processes and data integrity
- Support local digital initiatives
- Implement production tools and new hardware/software
- Ensure GMP and data integrity compliance
- Maintain IT equipment documentation and asset inventory
- Manage IT equipment lifecycle
- Manage hardware stock levels and spare parts
- Address Shop Floor Management IT inquiries
- Collaborate with Engineering Department and OT teams
