- Advise Front Office, Compliance, and Operations regarding KYC
- Advise Front Office, Compliance, and Operations regarding client due diligence
- Train, mentor, and guide junior CLM/KYC staff
- Drive KYC process enhancements
- Contribute to strategic KYC initiatives
- Contribute to KYC system improvements
- Liaise with global counterparts to align KYC standards
- Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases
- Support preparation for internal and regulatory audits
