Requirements

- Certified to promote medicinal products to German standard
- Ability to gain access and build relationships with healthcare providers
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen for healthcare structures
- Ability to draw on experience for treatment awareness and access
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to travel within territory regularly (80% of time)
Tasks
- Strategically drive commercial objectives for genetic programs
- Develop and implement key account plans
- Present a positive company image to healthcare professionals
- Create and manage territory and account plans
- Achieve pre-launch and post-launch KPIs
- Use advanced sales skills for consistent messaging
- Analyze territory to identify and develop relevant centers
- Manage patient group identification and referral rates
- Build trusted relationships with customers
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain contact with key customers
- Provide commercial and scientific services
- Manage and execute local meetings
- Represent Alnylam at events and congresses
- Serve as communication link between customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with internal staff
- Steer regular local alignment meetings
- Maintain CRM database accurately
- Conduct activities to highest ethical standards
