  • Strategically drive commercial objectives for genetic programs
  • Develop and implement key account plans
  • Present a positive company image to healthcare professionals
  • Create and manage territory and account plans
  • Achieve pre-launch and post-launch KPIs
  • Use advanced sales skills for consistent messaging
  • Analyze territory to identify and develop relevant centers
  • Manage patient group identification and referral rates
  • Build trusted relationships with customers
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Maintain contact with key customers
  • Provide commercial and scientific services
  • Manage and execute local meetings
  • Represent Alnylam at events and congresses
  • Serve as communication link between customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal staff
  • Steer regular local alignment meetings
  • Maintain CRM database accurately
  • Conduct activities to highest ethical standards
