Growing key accounts for a food waste reduction app, increasing store coverage and bags supplied. Proven business growth track record with existing accounts required. Performance bonuses, 450 CHF REKA Money annually, hybrid work.
Requirements
- Initial account management experience with Key Accounts and Enterprises
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, deepen relationships
- Proven track record of business growth with existing accounts
- Self-starter with ownership and accountability
- Drive to succeed in high-growth environment
- Comfortable with speed, ambiguity, constant change
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Marketplaces or SaaS experience preferred
- Master communicator, engaging and attentive
- German fluency (C1-C2 level)
- French fluency (C1-C2 level)
- English proficiency (B2 level)
- Swiss German skills (added bonus)
- Data analysis skills
- MS Excel skills for performance reports and projections
- Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
- Use data-driven insights in presentations
- Passion for mission and food waste awareness
- Passion for sustainability awareness
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Tasks
- Manage partner stakeholder relationships
- Achieve business KPIs for key accounts
- Develop and implement account growth strategies
- Increase store coverage and overall bags supplied
- Create tailored joint business plans
- Understand and support company product development
- Monitor and review data for improvement opportunities
- Identify and address store improvement needs
- Scale process improvements
- Build performance reports and financial projections
- Forecast trends for internal planning
- Create commercial proposals
- Educate partners on food waste reduction
- Conduct market research for new opportunities
- Map and understand stakeholder decision-making
- Drive Too Good To Go’s success within partner businesses
- Collaborate with internal teams for joint growth
- Work with Operations, ESG, and Marketing
- Manage pipeline for new store expansions
- Lead training sessions for key stakeholders
