Requirements

  • Proven pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably ophthalmology
  • Proven key account management experience, defined territory ownership
  • Strong understanding of account ecosystems, clinical decision-making, hospital formularies, procurement, pathway management
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder networks, KOLs, gynecologists, GPs, pharmacists, payers
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Previous experience selling ophthalmology products
  • Independent region planning and time management
  • High persistent acumen, goal-oriented, commercial drive
  • Demonstrated success launching products or driving uptake in specialized therapeutic areas
