- Ability to manage complex stakeholder networks, KOLs, gynecologists, GPs, pharmacists, payers
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Previous experience selling ophthalmology products
- Independent region planning and time management
- High persistent acumen, goal-oriented, commercial drive
- Demonstrated success launching products or driving uptake in specialized therapeutic areas
