Requirements

  • Extensive experience in ICT sales or Key Account Management, including complex B2B sales management
  • Proven ability to understand client business models, develop value propositions, and negotiate high-value contracts
  • Experience with long sales cycles, RFPs, multi-stakeholder environments, and tailored solution architectures
  • Strong knowledge of ICT solutions (Cloud, Connectivity, Cybersecurity, Managed Services)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; C-level stakeholder influence ability
  • Emotional intelligence, strategic mindset, resilience, and long-term trust building ability
  • Fluent Italian and English; German an advantage
