- Support time and attendance management
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation
- Administer social insurance processes
- Answer basic HR and administrative questions
- Guide on P&O procedures and policies
- Support onboarding activities
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law
- Support P&O audits and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy
