Requirements

• •Initial experience in procurement, contract management, or administrative support
• •Proficiency leading contractual negotiations
• •Experience in international or multicultural settings (advantageous)
• •Familiarity with ERP systems and standard office tools
• •Commercial and contractual documentation writing skills
• •Attention to detail and compliance focus
• •Organisational skills for multitasking and deadlines
• •Communication skills for multi-cultural stakeholders
• •Spoken and written English and commitment to learn French
• •National of CERN Member or Associate Member State
• •Maximum two years professional experience since graduation
• •No previous CERN fellow or graduate contract
• •Possession of a University degree
• •No PhD qualification

Tasks

• •Manage simplified tender processes for mid-value contracts
• •Ensure adherence to procurement rules and procedures
• •Verify order conformity with purchasing regulations
• •Check technical, delivery, and performance requirements
• •Provide operational support to procurement users
• •Offer guidance throughout the procurement journey
• •Maintain accurate documentation for auditing and reporting
