Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electrical, or related scientific disciplines
  • •Ability to manage high-stress situations with problem-solving mindset
  • •Valid driver’s license
  • •Fluent English skills
  • •Availability and willingness to travel
  • •12 months of theoretical and practical training for Affera certification
  • •Experience operating in a matrix environment

Tasks

  • •Provide clinical and technical support for the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System
  • •Train physicians and EP Lab Staff on system usage and related equipment
  • •Introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders through in-service training
  • •Develop advanced clinical workflows
  • •Plan and assist in the installation of the Affera™ Mapping and Ablation System
  • •Collaborate with the technical department for effective system setup
  • •Support the education team in developing training centers
  • •Share clinical best practices to enhance customer experience
  • •Work with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting
  • •Respond promptly to customer and stakeholder inquiries
  • •Participate in territory reviews with the account team and Sales Manager
  • •Complete all required company training
  • •Attend regional and international congresses, symposia, and workshops
