Requirements

  • •Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related field
  • •0–1 year of practical experience in IT support or system administration
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint or Teams

  • •Microsoft 365, Azure AD und Teams konfigurieren
  • •Stabilen IT-Betrieb für alle Nutzer:innen sicherstellen
  • •IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzmaßnahmen umsetzen und dokumentieren
  • •Technisches Onboarding und Offboarding inklusive Berechtigungsvergabe durchführen
  • •IT-Assets, Lizenzen und Hardwareinventar verwalten
  • •Beschaffung, Einrichtung und Lifecycle-Management von Geräten unterstützen
  • •First- und Second-Level-Support bei technischen Problemen leisten
  • •Interne Systeme wie CRM- oder Campus-Lösungen pflegen
  • •Technische Dokumentationen, Systemübersichten und Prozessbeschreibungen erstellen
  • •An Infrastruktur-, Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten mitwirken
  • •Mit Fachabteilungen zusammenarbeiten und externe IT-Dienstleister koordinieren
