- Deploy Qualification & Training for Carbagas and Vital Aire Switzerland
- Coordinate training activities with local providers and cross-country partners
- Document training activities in myHR
- Update and rework the training catalog for Carbagas and Air Liquide Austria
- Recruit blue-collar workers and support workforce recruitment activities
- Support HR administration, time tracking, and absence management
- Assist with payroll preparation and HR controlling processes
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Contribute to HR transformation and AODOC processes
- Support people development programs including TCL, ALLEX, and VIE
- Implement local Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Develop and support HR projects such as onboarding programs
- Improve HR processes continuously in line with the new operating model
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
