Requirements

• •Experience in communication, digital content management, editorial work or visual design
• •Experience in international, technical or scientific environments
• •High motivation and willingness to learn
• •Good command of standard office software
• •Familiarity with WordPress and digital publishing tools
• •Basic graphic design skills and visual creation tools
• •Interest in digital communication and community management
• •Spoken and written English or French
• •Commitment to learn English or French
• •National of CERN Member or Associate Member State
• •Maximum two years of professional experience
• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
• •No previous CERN fellow or graduate contract

Tasks

• •Update and maintain departmental websites and digital content
• •Draft and publish news and announcements across various channels
• •Manage campus app notifications for timely information sharing
• •Coordinate and produce departmental newsletters and editorial inputs
• •Contribute to the development of activity reports
• •Design visual materials like posters and infographics for print
• •Ensure all materials follow established visual identity standards
• •Animate internal communication channels to support engagement
• •Facilitate effective two-way communication with internal audiences
