- Experienced computer skills (MS-Office, especially Excel)
Tasks
- Check order confirmations
- Process and release orders in ERP system
- Correspond with international suppliers about order discrepancies
- Track delivery status to ensure compliance with delivery windows
- Negotiate special conditions for delayed deliveries with the Buying team
- Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Buying team
