Requirements

  • •Strong interest in cycling, bike technology, and high-performance equipment
  • •Experience with Autodesk Alias
  • •Attention to detail and respect for precision
  • •Curiosity, motivation, and willingness to take feedback
  • •Team mindset and pride in quality work
  • •Strong level of NURBS modelling with Autodesk Alias
  • •Alias experience with sketch modelling, prototyping, and production modelling
  • •Design judgement and sensibility
  • •Understanding of basic engineering principles
  • •Good self-organisation skills
  • •Good level of spoken and written English

Tasks

  • •Build accurate Alias models of bike frames, components, and accessories
  • •Translate design and engineering input into clean, production-ready surfaces
  • •Support senior modellers and designers during concept, development, and refinement phases
  • •Iterate quickly, learn rapidly, and contribute ideas to enhance workflow and product quality
  • •Ensure every digital surface reflects real-world performance and craftsmanship
  • •Create volume, concept, and sketch models to validate design proposals
  • •Solve 3D design and surface problems for design and production development
  • •Develop models for prototyping to validate design and engineering concepts
  • •Generate A-Class surface NURBS data for production and manufacturing
  • •Prepare data for the visualisation team
