- Design and develop complex, secure backend services
- Build scalable functionality for the bank's Pricing Portal
- Participate in agile sprints, planning, and retrospectives
- Mentor junior developers through knowledge-sharing sessions
- Delegate tasks and monitor team progress
- Support team capacity planning
- Conduct code reviews to ensure security compliance
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Optimize application performance and database interactions
- Enhance observability through logging, metrics, and tracing
- Lead cross-functional and multi-location teams by example
- Drive the evolution of backend software engineering practices
- Integrate backend services with front-end components
