Tasks
- Set up and maintain advanced IT applications
- Act as system administrator and local System Owner for QC lab application systems
- Provide level 1 and 2 operational support in collaboration with business departments, global IT/OT teams, and vendors
- Perform access management and configuration tasks
- Conduct periodic reviews and IT/OT architectural design functions
- Evaluate computer systems and develop data backup strategies
- Maintain system integrity through routine preventative maintenance, including patching and updates
- Ensure compliance with appropriate security standards
- Design, document, and implement infrastructure technology for QC Lab application systems
- Manage Deviations, CAPAs, Concept Changes, and changes in the Quality System
- Support CSV processes with assessments and technology tools
- Create and maintain GMP documents according to global standards
- Develop, maintain, and implement documentation for IT systems
- Act as a strategic IT/OT Business Partner to the QC business unit
