  • Quereinstieg aus Elektrotechnik möglich

  • Hardwarekenntnisse: Computer, Server, Storage, Netzwerk
  • Kenntnisse Telekommunikationsanlagen
  • Erfahrungen mit Dell, Innovaphone und Lenovo Produkten (idealerweise)
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit

Tasks

  • Hardware und Software für Server und Clients installieren und konfigurieren
  • Netzwerkkomponenten montieren, verkabeln und in Betrieb nehmen
  • Zentrale Telekommunikationsanlagen administrieren
  • IT-Verbrauchsmaterial beschaffen
  • 2nd-Level-Support und Bereitschaftsdienst leisten
  • Anwender- und Systemdokumentationen erstellen
  • Bei verlagsgruppenweiten Projekten mitwirken
