- •Active Directory & Group Policy management
- •Client management technologies (Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Manager)
- •M365 & Office application deployment/support
- •Update and patch management
- •Scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- •Documentation & process standardization
- •Experience with heterogeneous devices (mobile, scanners, tablets)
- •Networking basics (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, FW)
- •Fluent English language skills, German is nice to have

- •Conduct compliance checks and application distribution
- •Provide 3rd-level support and perform root cause analysis
- •Collaborate with Security, Network, Infrastructure, and Applications teams
- •Evaluate new technologies for global endpoint applicability
