As an IT Systems Engineer specializing in Fircosoft, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing sanctions screening solutions. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and enhance system performance while adapting to evolving regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• •Degree in Computer Science from a university or technical college
• •Solid understanding of Fircosoft products
• •Experience with list management and quality assurance
• •Familiarity with relevant financial regulations
• •Strong technical skills in database management, PKI, and programming
• •Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
• •Experience in project planning and system implementation
• •Proactive, organised, and self-motivated with strong communication skills
• •Understanding of business requirements and system workflows
• •Fluency in English; German is a significant advantage

Tasks

• •Install, configure, and maintain Fircosoft software and infrastructure
• •Develop, test, and optimize Fircosoft rules for detecting suspicious transactions
• •Assess system performance and implement improvements for accuracy and efficiency
• •Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Operations teams for smooth integration
• •Ensure compliance with international sanctions regulations and internal policies
• •Investigate and resolve system issues, including filtering engine errors
• •Maintain change logs and generate performance reports
• •Monitor regulatory requirements and updates to global sanctions lists
• •Contribute to IT system enhancements and participate in solution design discussions
• •Apply analytical and organizational skills throughout the project lifecycle
