- Manage users and assign rights in Active Directory
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux systems
- Monitor and maintain Windows and Linux server landscapes
- Support network infrastructure under IT network team guidance
- Set up and manage endpoints and corporate PCs
- Enroll devices via script, Intune, and ManageEngine
- Develop and support FileMaker databases with change management
- Plan and execute backups and disaster recovery
- Manage patches and updates for systems and applications
- Support and train employees in IT matters
- Document IT infrastructure and systems
- Implement security systems and policies under security guidance
- Manage hardware and software inventory
- Monitor performance of productive database systems
- Plan and execute system migrations and upgrades
- Coordinate external service providers when required
- Support IT projects and new system introductions
- Manage IT tickets to ensure timely incident resolution
