- •IT apprenticeship completion and several years of practical experience in IT system administration
- •Proven leadership experience and team management skills
- •Excellent communication skills in German and English
- •Systematic approach to complex IT problems
- •Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and thrive in an international environment
- •Experience with modern ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence) and other technologies (Mac, MS Entra, Windows, Teams)

Tasks
- •Provide technical support for daily operations
- •Offer on-site support for end users, including VIPs
- •Lead and manage a team of three tech professionals
- •Recruit, coach, and set objectives for team members
- •Conduct performance appraisals for team members
- •Develop and standardize efficient support processes
- •Document support processes to enhance service delivery
- •Identify and analyze structural IT issues proactively
- •Coordinate with departments to develop sustainable solutions
- •Manage incidents and escalations for on-site support
- •Shape the international growth strategy for IT support
- •Explore expanding support operations and Service Desk responsibilities globally
